Effective December 31, 2005 Atlantis Health Plan will be directly managing your behavioral health and substance abuse benefits through Atlantis Behavioral Health Services. ValueOptions providers will no longer be considered participating Atlantis providers.

Please continue to call ValueOptions at 866.477.9740 until December 31, 2005. This number will remain the same and will be your contact number for Atlantis Behavioral Health Services after December 31, 2005.

Please note that your ValueOptions provider may not be available after December 31, 2005 if he/she has not joined the Atlantis network by that time. If you require ongoing care after January 1st, please call Atlantis Behavioral Health Services at 866.477.9740 to verify that your provider is a participant in the Atlantis network.

If your provider is not part of the Atlantis Behavioral Health network, you may continue an ongoing course of treatment with this provider for a transitional period of up to 90 days from January 1, 2006, pending certain requirements that must be agreed upon by Atlantis and your provider.
