Important Changes to New York State Public Health and Insurance Laws

A number of changes to the New York State Public Health and Insurance Laws were passed this year that impact health care providers who participate in Managed Care Networks. These changes are required by law and modify Atlantis Health Plan’s current Provider Manual and Policies and Procedures. Some of these laws impact timeframes for filing, claims reconsideration, coordination of benefits, and credentialing. To view the notice, click on the link below:

St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers, Manhattan

As of April 30, 2010, St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers’ (SVCMC) inpatient services are no longer available. Some outpatient services may still be available at SVCMC. To find out which outpatient services are available, please contact our Member Services Department at 866-747-8422 or SVCMC at 212-604-7000.

Remember, if a member needs emergency care, they can go to any hospital.
