Sury Anand, M.D.
Sury Anand, M.D. a practicing Gastroenterologist founded Atlantis Health Plan with eleven other colleagues in 1995 and he has served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantis since its inception.
Dr. Anand has extensive experience in health care governance in the hospital arena. He has served as the Chairman of the Medical Board and President of the Medical Staff and has been in charge of Quality Assurance and Patient Care Committees.

Executive Vice-President, COO
Thomas Dwyer
Thomas Dwyer is the COO of the Plan. His responsibilities include all operational and financial aspects of Atlantis. Mr. Dwyer came to Atlantis with extensive experience in managed care and finance. Before joining Atlantis, he held an executive position at a Big Four public accounting firm, responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions activities within the health care and insurance industries. In addition Mr. Dwyer has held CFO positions at a national dental PPO and a technology firm.

Senior Vice-President of Operations
Patrick Dodge
Patrick Dodge joined the company with an expansive managed care background. His expertise focuses on Atlantis Health Plan's customer service, member relations, project management and operations. Before joining the Atlantis team he directed provider relations, billing, contracting, credentialing in large HMO's such as Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and Hudson Valley HMO WellCare of New York.

Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing
Vincent Roazzi
Vinny's successful career began as a salesman for a division of an NYSE public company. Within six months, he became their top salesman.
Attracting the attention of the highest levels of management, Vinny rose quickly through the ranks and within 18 months he became an Executive Vice President, training thousands of salespeople while the company underwent widespread growth and expansion. In 1999, he was honored by the National Association of Business Leaders with the "Small Business Leader of the Year" award for his "support and mentoring service to American small business." Since then, he has received numerous awards, most recently being named "Businessman of the Year" by the NRCC and recognized among the "Top 2000 Intellectuals of the 21st Century" by Cambridge University, England.

Senior Vice-President of Health Services
Delia C. Baquiran
Delia Baquiran is a seasoned nurse executive who came to AHP in 2003. Her work experience encompasses clinical research, education and utilization management in major academic health care facilities and managed care companies in New York City. Ms. Baquiran is also a noted author and speaker in oncology. At AHP, she is responsible for the coordination of health services and quality management initiatives of the Plan.

Senior Vice-President of Information Technology
Abraham Wachsman
Abraham Wachsman serves as the company's VP of Information Technology. He has more than 15 years of IT experience in the private, educational and government sectors and has implemented and managed both large and small installations. Mr. Wachsman is responsible for the architecture, design, acquisition, deployment and migration of systems and their data to support Atlantis Health Plan's local and wide area networks. Business continuity, disaster recovery, information security and project management comprise some of his roles.
